All payments must be made through official company channels. Skyrock Infra will not be responsible for any payments made to unauthorized individuals or agents.

Registration, stamp duty, and other government charges will be borne by the buyer unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. These charges are subject to government norms and may vary.
Skyrock Infra reserves the right to modify project plans, layout, or specifications due to regulatory or technical requirements without prior notice.
All disputes arising out of transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh courts.
